Hands On
We take a uniquely hands-on approach to every project. Unlike many interior refurbishment and design-and-build firms, we take full responsibility for specifying, costing, and procuring all materials ourselves. This gives us complete control over quality and cost—and ensures our pricing remains highly competitive.
In much of the industry, it’s standard practice to hand large work packages to a few main contractors, who then subcontract tasks and source their own materials—each party adding a margin. This fragmented model often leads to delays, inflated costs, and reduced accountability.
