We design and refurbish offices, studios, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and a wide range of commercial buildings. Since our founding in 2009, we've delivered projects across the UK—ranging from single-site upgrades to complex, multi-site programmes—for landlords, tenants, and property owners.

We specialise in Cat A, Cat A+, and Cat B refurbishments, combining design expertise with technical precision to deliver high-performing, thoughtfully designed spaces. Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and safety is backed by ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations.

Instead of relying on large packages or layers of subcontracting, we work with a trusted network of specialist trades from our preferred contractor list. This means greater flexibility, reduced delays, and a more efficient, cost-effective delivery—without compromising on quality.

Finally, we handle the pricing and procurement of all materials, then bring in trusted contractors from our long-established network—professionals we’ve worked with for years and know will deliver to the highest standards. You’ll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring clear communication and smooth progress day to day. Alongside them, our project director will oversee the entire scheme, offering strategic input and guidance as needed.
