Piccadilly Place is a vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of Manchester, just a short walk from Piccadilly Station via the iconic Curve Bridge. It’s the only building in the city to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, reflecting its outstanding sustainability credentials. The development brings together high-quality workspace with a range of on-site amenities, including a gym, café, and hotel

3 Piccadilly Place – 9th Floor Refurbishment
Virtuoso Interiors was commissioned to deliver a full Cat A+ refurbishment of the ninth floor at 3 Piccadilly Place, covering 19,000 sq ft. The brief was to refresh the existing design with neutral finishes, flexible layouts, and upgraded workplace infrastructure—creating a modern, inviting space to attract prospective tenants.

The project included the complete redesign and build of lift lobbies, WCs, shower facilities, and office suites, all finished to a high specification. A standout feature of the scheme was our strategic use of natural light and the careful framing of stunning views across central Manchester—maximising the impact of this elevated location.
